Andy Lau: Nicholas Tse takes too many risks, criticises him for making his family worry

Andy Lau: Nicholas Tse really isn't bad at all, when he first came out I knew he was good. Whenever I bumped into him outside work I would always say to him, it's right for you to be diligent. Nicholas Tse works hard, plus he gives his all, I often criticise him on this point, you are someone with a family, don't make your family worry over you. With time his performance towards the creativity of roles has met a standard. I hope in the future he picks more good scripts, and for directors not to just dump him to one side after "emptying him", give him more choices.
