Nicholas Tse suddenly appears at concert, Eason Chan surprised and happy

Eason Chan's 18 session concert is up to the 5th session, his good buddy Nicholas Tse who just won "Best Supporting Actor" at the Asian Film Awards suddenly appeared onstage at the second encore, Eason was shocked, afterwards he happily knelt down and hugged Nic, they reminisced about how they talked till morning 15 years ago.

Then the music for "Changed Person", which Eason wrote for Nic started playing, Nic stood in front of him, causing the whole place to cheer. After the two hugged, they held hands and talked about stuff from their heart, Eason said they hadn't seen each other for a while, they only spoke on the phone.
Nic expressed that he and his other friends were happy for Eason, he thinks Eason is the pride of Hong Kong artists, he can represent Hong Kong, he remembered that 10 years ago when he held his own concert, Eason suddenly appeared, he was shocked and happy. Eason expressed that 15 years ago they both came out, they often talked till morning at the park, even now it's still unforgettable. Afterwards he sang "Changed Person" with Nic, and also hoped Nic would hold a concert again.
