"The Last Fall of Rain in the World" and "Eternal Summer" are the new works of director Leste Chen, they are about a city that rain hasn't fallen on in 700 days in the future world, because of the lack of water the criminals are pardoned, a policeman who killed a hostage by mistake and a killer who he has been after are both released at the same time, the story is about the policeman continuing his chase of this criminal in the city that lacks water. In the movie Hu Jun and Nicholas Tse play the policeman and the killer respectively, Masanobu Ando is playing the good friend of the policeman Doctor Ping, Fan Bing Bing is also in discussions with this movie and there's a likely possibility she will be his lover.
