Reviewed by revansa17 on 25th August 2009 on this third Mandarin album,"The Prophecy". Nicholas has doing more on Orchestra-Sound flavor like he did in "Jade Butterfly" Album. In the song composed by Nic - Panic (Track 3) Nic choose to collaborate with Veegay (Veronica Lee) for its arrangement.
Song recommended are Impatient (Track 1) which is straightforward and it is said that NEVER get sick of this song because of it! it gives a simple rock feel, a song you can just bob your head to all the time. the ostenato (sp?) instrumental stuff provides the groove,bass and electric guitar solo in the middle make this song. the bass brings in a slight jazz/blues feel and then continues to introduce the listener into Nic kick-ASS guitar solo which musically gives off the feelings of angst and unsatisfaction communciated through the excellently-written lyrics of this song. And song Panic (Track 3) with classical symphony - harp sounds flavor.
